SHIPPING AND  HANDLING

Allow 4 to 6 weeks outside of New Zealand
Allow 1 to 2 weeks in New Zealand

Handling and processing time is 7 days
Paintings are packed, insured and shipped via NZPost.

Shipments outside of New Zealand may sometimes be subject to Custom Taxes. This cost, if any, will be your responsibility.

RETURNS POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with the painting after receiving it, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee. Once delivered you have 30 days in which to return the painting for a refund, minus Paypal fees, packing and shipping expenses. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping and insurance costs.
The refund will only take effect once the painting has been returned in the same condition as it was dispatched to you.
Up to the present we have had no returns!
